As you enter the house, the warm reading room welcomes you, complete with shelves of books and videos .

The fully fitted kitchen contains everything to make your stay enjoyable. Including Electric cooker with large oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

In the Salon the comfortable seating and log fire encourage you to listen to music on the stereo, so bring your favourite CDs, or play some of the games provided, perhaps with the family. Along with the television there is a DVD player and Video recorder.

One large double bedroom downstairs has an adjoining bathroom, and overlooks the enclosed courtyard .

While the other with a king size bed has an en suite shower room with toilet and also a private exit to the garden/conservatory.

The conservatory has plenty of comfortable seating and there is garden furniture both in the courtyard, in the garden adjoining the conservatory, and also of course by the swimming pool area where you will also find a large barbecue and mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, hotplate, and kettle etc.

The conservatory and garden benefit from all day sunshine.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a children oriented room boasting 2 full sized beds, another with two single beds, these share a shower room/toilet.

While the pretty double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom .

So in all there are 5 bedrooms with a sofa bed for 2 extra people if required, 4 bathrooms, a grand salon, reading room, sunny conservatory, and a large welcoming kitchen dominated by the long custom made oak table which seats 12.
