minutes from the centre of Jonzac where one finds a wonderful Indoor
/ Outdoor pool complex (Les Antilles) complete with 'beach' and a

Gironde estuary, the beginning of 15 kilometres of beautiful beaches
which are cleaned daily, whilst Royan, 45 minutes away, a favourite

Saintes,
built on the Charente River, is less than 40 minutes away from your
villa and is one of the favourite towns for many in France boasting
great restaurants, shops and a huge street market.

Maritime, the '17' code of France encompassing your holiday
villa, is the centre of the French Oyster industry and just a short
drive away from Cognac both trades encouraging the you to come and
visit to see how they produce their world famous products of France
and of course, you can sample these delights or take them back to
your villa to enjoy throughout your residence. We must not forget
the surrounding wine Chateaux and St Emillion who would also love
you to visit them and taste the pleasure of France.

a doubt the best zoo in France, La Palmyre, is within easy reach
from your villa offering a brilliant day out for all ages.

Rochelle is only second to Paris for the number of visitors
per year. This beautiful city has much to offer you including boat
trips to various islands and around the famous Fort Boyard. The
excellent Aquarium is a definite "must see", and you will
be spoilt for choice with restaurants.
For
those who enjoy Mountain Biking or rambling there are many routes
of varying lengths in this area of France which take you through
forests and picturesque villages, whilst those who want to simply
wind down and relax can take in the pleasant gardens, play volley
ball by the river, contest a game of babyfoot or enjoy the beautiful
